For eligible standard or non-bespoke goods, cancellation and return rights are subject to your applicable statutory rights.
Some products supplied by Soller Direct may be manufactured, cut, configured or otherwise produced specifically to your chosen specification. Where the law provides an exemption from the normal cancellation right for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, that cancellation right may not apply.
Please check dimensions, specification, colour and all other selected options carefully before placing an order for a configured or made-to-order product.
Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.
If an item arrives visibly damaged or incomplete, please contact Soller Direct as soon as reasonably possible and retain the goods and packaging while the issue is investigated.
Please contact Soller Direct before sending goods back so that the appropriate return arrangements can be confirmed.
Professional survey and installation services, where separately arranged, are not product returns and are subject to the terms applicable to those services.
